"You can walk into our Kitchens, and look at the way we do things", says Vikram Shenoy, the brain behind Masala Kitchen. Having graduated from IHM Mumbai, the top Hotel Management institute in the country, he has trained and worked in Five star Hotels and the best stand alone restaurant. He decided to launch his own kitchen after gaining mastery in his cooking skills. "The concept behind Masala Kitchen is to introduce to the masses, that quality is something that mustn't be sacrificed due to price. Our concept can only be understood, by trying out our food"
Masala Kitchen consists of experienced Chef's who have worked in major five star properties and restaurants, and within themselves cover over 60 of such establishments. Equipped with state of the art Kitchen, storage and processing facilities, quality is something that's at the heart of their setup.
Masala Kitchen have also started introducing Lunches within their vicinity for the corporate Offices to introduce their food and concept.
Vikram Shenoy: Day is spent in preparing our gravies, training the staff on HACCP hygiene standards, getting the right consistency, textures and taste within the food throughout. The right mix of salt, and masalas, without overpowering the soul of the dish is always the goal. Our food always has minimum amount of oil, and fats and will provide you a healthy, home feeling of food. You can order from us every day, and not feel the bloat of restaurant eating.
